* The Footage: Show the shipping label clearly, then rotate the package 360 degrees to show all sides are sealed. Proceed to open the package and inspect the item on camera.
* Validity: Any claims for "Damaged on Arrival" or "Missing Items" without a clear, unedited unboxing video may be declined.
2. Return Window
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:
