To ensure a transparent and fair return process, we require a continuous 360° unboxing video for all return or refund claims related to transit damage, missing items, or wrong products.

 * The Process: Start filming before opening the outer courier packaging.

 * The Footage: Show the shipping label clearly, then rotate the package 360 degrees to show all sides are sealed. Proceed to open the package and inspect the item on camera.

 * Validity: Any claims for "Damaged on Arrival" or "Missing Items" without a clear, unedited unboxing video may be declined.

2. Return Window

You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

 * Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

 * In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
